Ah! The Adventures of Pluck-O....a series of comics about a round superhero going around and saving the world from intelligent pants that eat people, jell-o monsters, aliens, etc. Quite an offbeat comic indeed, with no actual plot, just enemies coming to fight Pluck-O in random battles for the City's safety.
